In the golden atmosphere of autumn, with the harvest just finished and the smell of must still in the air, the 2023 olive harvest at the Maria Vinci estate begins on October 10th.
Despite a decreasing national production, this year, our 5 hectares of olive groves produced about 6 quintals of olives: a quantity that testifies to the passion and commitment we devote to each stage of production.
The combination of the precious Frantoio, Leccino, Leccio del Corno and Pendolino varieties made once again a unique oil with an unmistakable character: our “Maria Vinci” Toscana IGP extra virgin olive oil. From the harvest, we gained 79 kg of pure golden nectar that embodies the authenticity of our land: a celebration of the respect for nature, traditions and quality that distinguishes our company.
