During the month of October, Maria Vinci has officially begun the olive harvest for the 2024 season, a much anticipated time when we celebrate the results of a whole year of care and dedication to our land, our olive trees and the entire estate.
Through rigorous manual harvesting and meticulous processing, we achieved a total production of 43 quintals of olives this year, from which we realized our precious Maria Vinci, Toscano IGP extra virgin olive oil.
The results speak for themselves, showcasing a product of exceptional quality: a very low acidity, a high concentration of polyphenols and a rich nutritional profile. With its antioxidant properties, our olive oil is not just a healthy choice but also a flavorful one. Bright green in appearance with yellow streaks, the aromas reveal notes of leaf, mint and rosemary. On the palate, an harmonious structure, with a finish reminiscent of thistle and black pepper.
This season reminds us that each bottle holds a story: the quiet mornings in the olive groves, the shared efforts during harvest days and the satisfaction that comes with the first taste.
